Level 2 has really upped the intensity and I find myself breathless by the time I’m on circuit 3. Like I mentioned in this previous post, the workout is divided into 3 circuits which include 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. It’s really convenient that the workout is only 20 minutes because it’s easy to set aside that amount of time whereas an hour or more is slightly harder. I just try get back into it as soon as possible. I’m not stressed about skipping days too much because in some cases it’s beyond my control. This week though I’m settled again and I’ve designated my mornings to shredding. So I’ve finally moved on to level 2 of the 30 day shred and good laThe week after I finished level one, I had to travel so I didn’t work out much over that week.
